GANNI

Copenhagen based GANNI was founded in 2000, starting as a cult brand that has recently transformed into a household name. When husband and wife duo Ditte and Nicolaj Reffstrup took over the label in 2009, Scandinavian fashion often took on androgynous or bohemian silhouettes. Ditte didn’t agree with either of the aesthetics so she decided to make GANNI a label that produced clothes she and her friends would wear. GANNI mixes femininity with an effortless, laid back style. Bright colors and bold prints on sweaters, crewnecks and denim is what the label is most known for. The brand also champions responsible fashion, making sure they minimize their social and environmental impact.
