All stickers and tags must remain attached with the packaging intact and the product in new, unused condition. Any items discounted over 30% are final sale. Credit will be issued in the same form as payment. In-store gift cards cannot be used online. Any item purchased prior to a promotion or markdown is not eligible for credit after the sale has been made. 

For defective product issues, please include photos of the damaged areas in your email return claim. Credit cannot be given sale-to-sale.

IN-STORE

Returns must be received within 14 days of purchase if in-store. All stickers and tags must remain attached with the packaging intact and the product in new, unused condition free of any smells or odors.

ONLINE

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery if online. If approved, the item must be in-transit within 7 days from receiving the approval email. All stickers and tags must remain attached with the packaging intact and the product in new, unused condition free of any smells or odors. Items that do not meet these requirements will be rejected. Returns will not be accepted on final sale items, rejected items, socks, intimates and swimwear. This items will be returned to sender.
