Shipping & Returns
*To limit the exposure of our employees to COVID-19, all items will be shipped on the first Tuesday or Friday after your purchase.
*Due to COVID-19 health concerns, we are not accepting returns at this time. Although we understand this may be inconvenient, the decision has been made with the wellbeing of all of our customers as top priority. This way we can ensure proper precautions are made while handling your items and that all product is safe for you to receive without exposure to a third party. With that said, all sales considered final until further notice based on current government imposed safety guidelines. We thank you for understanding the changes to our normal return policy during this time.
Once you order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to check on the progress of your delivery. All orders will be processed within two business days of the order. Please note that tracking information will be updated within one business day after your order has been shipped.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES, CUSTOMS & TAXES
SVRN ships to most countries in the world and therefore we maintain a simplified shipping process for all international orders. We are not responsible for the import taxes of your country from the United States and will not pay extra charges once the item has been shipped. Please look into the cost of shipping items from the United States to your own country before placing an order. We do not refund items that are rejected by the customer due to import taxes or those that are sent back to our store without a return request. Please note that international shipments may take longer to be delivered due to the customs process of your country.
LOST & MISSING PACKAGES
SVRN requires signature confirmation on all orders to ensure that the item gets to our customers safely. Packages that have been lost or missing by the postal service are eligible only for store credit equivalent to the value of your order. We do not offer a refund for items that have been signed for as delivered.
SVRN offers returns on requests made within 10 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Apparel: All original tags must be attached to the garments the way they came in order to receive a full refund. Stains, odors, deodorant marks, tears or other signs of wear that affect an item’s new condition will automatically void return eligibility.
Footwear: Must be tried on with clean socks and on a carpeted surface so as to not damage the soles. The shoe box, dust bags, tags and any other packaging must be returned in their original condition with the shoes in order to receive a full refund. Please place shoe box inside a shipping box so as to prevent damages during transit.
Underwear & swimwear: These items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
Damge/defective items: If you believe an item to be defective or damaged, please contact us by email before returning items so we can help resolve the issue. We require photos of the defect and damages to be taken into consideration while assessing return eligibility.
SVRN reserves the right to reject any returned products that do not comply with the above stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address without refund. In order to avoid this, please contact us via email first to address any issues regarding the items you wish to return.
To initiate a return, please contact us directly at email@example.com with any relevant information about the item you purchased and your reason for returning. From there, we will accept or decline your request based on its adherence to the policy listed above.
Please ship returning International packages with your country/region’s local shipping carrier and be sure to use standard shipping. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.
Once the returned merchandise has been checked for signs of wear and its original packaging has been approved, SVRN will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Any relevant shipping fees will not be refunded. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
