Founded in 1963 by Girolamo Deon in Montebelluna, Italy, Demon (DE-on MON-tebelluna) was created, forever grounding Girolamo’s namesake and homeland in an exquisite craft passed down through generations. After a minor shift in the 90s, Girolamo’s grandson, Alberto, stepped in. With a background in architecture and design, Alberto didn’t simply build upon the foundation; he unearthed it. Like pulling roots from deep within the hills of Montebelluna, he dismantled the familiar structure and let it grow wild, darker, rawer, and less predictable. What emerged was not a taller monument to tradition, but a reinvention from beneath, an amalgamation of cutting-edge design and minimalistic aesthetic that disrupts the orderly spirit of standard craftsmanship with something more elemental, and entirely its own.
